Sometime ago I had the joy of attending Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Advanced workshop. I had taken several prerequisite courses and workshops leading up to this, and I was looking forward to it.
However, because of the stress of traveling, i.e. catching a connecting flight, renting a car, and finding the hotel, I developed a moderate case of pericarditis.
I thought I was in trouble and that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the workshop.
Conventional medicine would dictate that anti-inflammatories and rest were in order until it no longer hurt to breathe.
However, I ignored that advice and stayed in the workshop.
We did several meditations, one of which is called the Blessing of the Energy Centers, which is believed to promote health and harmony in the body. After several hours, the pericarditis was gone! It just dissolved into the nothingness from where it came.
I did exactly the opposite of what I was supposed to do. I didn’t rest in the hotel room. I didn’t take any medicine. I danced during breaks.
And I trusted in the healing process through meditation.
My theory is that I calmed down and centered myself during these meditations. When your thinking is peaceful, calm and centered, no “itis” can exist anywhere in the body.
My thinking is peaceful, calm and centered.
I highly recommend Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work for creating anything in your life you desire, including vibrant health and wellness.
Not only was I feeling great the rest of the weekend, I was very happy and blissful as well.
I think the key to health and happiness is meditation and affirmations. That’s how I recovered from lupus and have had no active disease for over a decade.
And doctors say that the longer your disease is inactive, the more likely it will stay inactive.
So give meditation and affirmations a shot. You have nothing to lose but your illness.
